Justice Dhiredra Kashirao Deshmukh was born on 30th March,1950. He was enrolled as an Advocate 30th, November,1973 and practised before Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court in civil, costitutional, labour and service matters. He has represented the Chief Justice and The Registrar of Bombay High Court and also District and Sessions Judges in Vidarbha region before the Nagpur Bench in the matters filed against them.
He had appeared for various Municipal Councils and also for various market Committes in the Vidarbha region. He was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 15th April,1996 and has become permanent Judge of the High Court on 12th April,1998. He was appointed as a Judge of the Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transaction in Securities) Act, 1992 on 5th August,2003. He retired on 30th March,2012.
